Scrum, an art of removing complexities and delivering results, has opened an amazing possibility in my life – not only it has made me better at what I do, it has helped me how to organize my energies and helped me learn to focus on what matters most and eliminate everything else.
My name is Utpal Vaishnav and I’m the guy who has founded ScrumZen. I’m passionate about building software applications using Scrum. In my decade long journey in International Software Development, I have played different roles such as an Analyst Programmer, Solutions Architect, Project Manager, ScrumMaster and Business Unit Head. In my present role, I lead a team of wonderful engineers who build software products.
I’m a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from ScrumAlliance®. For past five years I’ve been practicing distributed scrum for developing application software for USA and European clients.
ScrumZen is about sharing the lessons that I and my fellow learners have learned about Scrum and how to use it more effectively to produce the results that matter. It covers scrum tips of different varieties including how to leverage scrum for life-betterment and a lot more.
